MOULDABLE & CUSTOMISABLE

Custom fitting is so important for the busy practitioner. Our heat mouldable PEEVA foam ensures immediate customisation so that is can form better to the shape of the foot. Need to adjust the orthotic to provide more support or cushioning? This is so simple using a grinder or our Quik Fit orthotic additions. Prefer your own method to modify? Easy, just add your preferred modifications as our rounded underside makes modifications almost limitless. Grind foam away or add more to provide different degrees of support precisely where you want it. The rounded base has so much scope for the clinician to make subtle or aggressive modifications.




 

ULTRA-COMFORTABLE

Footbionics and BioMedical orthoses are among the most comfortable you will ever see on the market. It's difficult to boast about comfort however you be the judge. We really have created an amazing design and used proven materials to ensure there is a WOW factor. Who else uses Poron, OrthoLite, Plastazote as standard orthotic materials? MODERN FOAMS & MATERIALS

Before we commenced production of our range we looked at the athletic shoe industry and what materials they were using. We also wondered why no orthotic companies were using materials extensively used in athletic shoes. 
Most athletic shoe companies its were already using fabric coverings over their foam insoles, different cushioning materials, and also unique midsole foam blends that each company was developing. So why not use this in orthotics?
Our exciting PEEVA foam blend is testament to using a combination of 2 foams to obtain the best properties of both an introduce into an orthotic. More sustainable foams are already on our agenda and now in our range! Similarly the cushioning materials we use as standard such as OrthoLite and Poron are   extensively used in the athletic footwear industry.
